Where is the Airbnb calendar export link?
- In Airbnb on desktop, open Calendar and select your listing.
- Choose Availability, then Connect calendars.
- Select Connect to another website and copy the Airbnb calendar link.
These are the labels in Airbnb’s calendar connection instructions. Choose the listing you actually want to share; a public listing address is not a calendar feed.
What can you do with the export?
| Your goal | Where to use the link | What to expect |
|---|---|---|
| Give a cleaner a browser link | Calbnb | Upcoming checkout cleans, with booked and blocked dates kept separate. |
| See stays on an iPhone | Apple Calendar subscription | Events alongside your other calendars. |
| See stays in Google Calendar | Google Calendar → From URL | An external calendar that Google checks for updates. |
| Keep a one-time record | Save or import the .ics file | A copy that does not keep following future changes. |
Exporting gives another app a way to read dates. It does not give that app permission to change your Airbnb prices or reservations. Calbnb is a read-only cleaning schedule, not a connection for managing availability on other booking websites.
What should you check before relying on it?
Compare one known reservation with the preview: its arrival date, checkout date and listing. A stay from June 8 to June 11 should produce a clean on June 11, not on every occupied night. A manually blocked period should not create a guest checkout.
The usual times in Calbnb come from you. They do not confirm a guest’s actual arrival, late checkout, bed setup or guest count. Keep a separate message for those details. If the imported dates look wrong, use the sync troubleshooting guide.
Why does a downloaded file stop updating?
An imported file is like a saved photograph of the calendar. A subscription keeps the feed address so the receiving app can fetch it again. New bookings, cancellations and date changes only reach the destination after the source publishes them and the destination refreshes.
Choose a URL subscription if you want ongoing updates. For a cleaner who only needs to check upcoming work, a shared browser calendar avoids the extra subscription setup.
