What Calbnb does
Paste your listing’s iCal export link, check the dates, and add your property’s usual times. Calbnb creates a private host link and a separate read-only cleaner link. Your cleaner can open the schedule in a phone browser or subscribe to cleaning days in Apple, Google Calendar or Outlook.
The free calendar exporter also makes Excel, CSV, PDF, PNG and ICS snapshots. You can download without creating a saved calendar.
It is currently free, with no payment or sign-up step. Try the example calendar to see what a cleaner sees.
Where it fits
Calbnb is for sharing dates with a cleaner you already coordinate with. It does not assign jobs, collect payments, send automatic alerts or record completed cleans. Dates depend on Airbnb’s export; the app normally checks the feed about every 15 minutes.
Airbnb’s own calendar-only co-host access may be enough if everyone already uses Airbnb. Our tool selection guide explains when a fuller housekeeping app makes sense.
How we write the guides
Calbnb publishes the calendar and cleaning guides. We link to Airbnb, Apple, Google, Microsoft and relevant technical standards for their instructions, and describe Calbnb’s behavior from its implementation. Dates and messages used as examples are illustrative, not customer records.
We publish these guides to help hosts and introduce Calbnb. Comparisons explain built-in alternatives as well as our product’s limits. They are written by Calbnb, not an independent review service.
Publication dates show when a guide first appeared. An updated date means its content materially changed; it is not refreshed automatically. Menus and external services can change, so check the linked official instructions if a screen differs.
Your calendar stays separate from the guides
Host and cleaner pages are marked for search engines not to index. Their URLs and contents are not part of the public sitemap or articles. Anyone with a working cleaner link can read that calendar, so share it deliberately and keep your host link private.

Independent of Airbnb
Calbnb is not affiliated with or endorsed by Airbnb, Apple, Google or Microsoft. Those names identify the services discussed in these guides.
