Add your Airbnb calendar to Outlook

Subscribe in Outlook on the web

1. Copy your listing’s Airbnb iCal export link.
2. Open Calendar in Outlook on the web, then select Add calendar.
3. Choose Subscribe from web and paste the complete export URL.
4. Name the calendar and finish with Import or the save button shown in your account.

These steps follow Microsoft’s calendar import and subscription instructions. Menu wording can differ by account. Use the web version if your desktop app shows different options.

Subscribe to cleaning days instead of whole stays

Calbnb turns identified reservation checkouts into cleaning days. Create a calendar, open its cleaner link and select Add to calendar → Outlook. Copy that subscription URL into Outlook’s Subscribe from web field.

The feed creates all-day checkout reminders with the usual times supplied by the host. A blocked period is not treated as a guest checkout. The schedule does not include guest counts or instructions about which beds to prepare; agree those details with your cleaner separately.

Download a calendar file, spreadsheet or PDF

For a saved copy, open the free calendar exporter, paste your Airbnb link and choose a month. Download Calendar file for .ics, or choose Excel, CSV, PDF or PNG. Select Cleaning days or Bookings & blocks depending on what you need.

In Outlook on the web, use Add calendar → Upload from file for an .ics download. Choose the destination calendar and import. This stores a snapshot, so cancellations and later date changes will not update it.

For a paper schedule or a picture in WhatsApp or Zalo, PDF and PNG are easier to share. Check the snapshot date before relying on an older copy.

Why is Outlook showing old dates?

Outlook chooses when it refreshes an external subscription. Microsoft says updates can take more than 24 hours. A file import never refreshes, so first check which method you used.

For a Calbnb subscription, compare the browser schedule with Outlook. If the browser is current, the delay may be Outlook fetching the feed. If both are old, compare Airbnb with Calbnb and check for an update warning. See the calendar sync troubleshooting guide.

For a changed same-day turnover, confirm the new time directly with your cleaner. A subscription is not a confirmation that someone saw or accepted the change.
