Calendar data
When you create a saved calendar, we encrypt and store your Airbnb export URL so the app can fetch updates. We store sanitized dates and the property name, timezone and usual times you enter. Original event descriptions, guest names, contact details and booking references are not stored.
The cleaner view shows booking dates, blocked dates and your usual times. It does not expose the source URL or earnings.
Previews and downloads
Pasting a link for a preview or download fetches the feed through our server. The URL and sanitized dates stay in temporary server memory for about 15 minutes. We do not create a saved calendar unless you choose Create calendar. Download files are generated in your browser.
Files contain dates, your property name, usual times and snapshot information. They do not contain your source URL or host key. They do not update automatically. When you choose a messaging app or device share menu, you decide where to send the link or file; that service handles it under its own policies.
Links and access
Anyone with the cleaner link can read the schedule. Your separate host link can change settings, replace the cleaner link or delete the calendar. It is saved in your browser; keep a copy for other devices or if you clear browser storage. There is no account or email recovery.
Replacing the cleaner link stops the old link and its subscriptions from working. Deleting a calendar removes its stored data and activity history and stops refreshes. It cannot remove copies someone already downloaded.
Usage counts and optional analytics
Calbnb records aggregate imports, calendars created, calendar opens, download formats and sharing actions without names, guest details, source URLs or visitor identifiers. Calendar activity is kept by day for 90 days to measure repeat use, and is removed when the calendar is deleted.
If Google Analytics is configured, it loads only on public pages after consent. It never loads on host or cleaner calendars. The events we send exclude private links, property names, form values, queries and fragments. There is no advertising tracking or session replay.
You can decline analytics, use Global Privacy Control, or change the preference through Privacy in the footer when analytics is available.
Calendar providers
If you subscribe in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook, that provider fetches and handles the subscription data under its own policies. Calbnb cannot control when it refreshes or recall copies it has already downloaded.
